Minecraft can be played in single player mode, in multiplayer mode, and in an online mode. Players in single player mode can either explore the world, build and create constructions, or create and manage their own world. Multiplayer mode is when players can explore and build at the same time with or against other players in a multiplayer server in which the server owner can set the rules and in which players can chat with each other in a chat box in the in-game interface and can create and trade items with other players. In the online mode, players can enter a virtual world where they can build, create and explore. The player can also chat with other online players through a chat box in the interface.
